Single family type T3. It is a detached house and a distribution is planned in line with the applicant´s needs and pretensions.

 

The architectural solution found for this project had as a requirement the use of lines of a contemporary and modern and appealing character, using modern and noble materials, inviting to the eye, there are large spans that allow better natural light and better thermal utilization in its interior as well as the contemplation of the surrounding views from the inside.

 

In terms of the exterior aspect, and following the aforementioned, it was sought that the project guarantees a perfect integration of the house in the landscape. This integration was obtained not only through careful volumetry but also through the materials to be used, whose choice was necessarily quite careful.

 

The building will be used for housing, with the typology appropriate to the needs and pretensions of the applicant. Access to housing from public, carral and pedestrian roads will also be built and articulated, in order to harmonize with the green spaces and outdoor spaces proposed, surrounding the housing implantation.

 

The proposal for single-family housing is linked to the existing building in the immediate vicinity, consisting of an urban fabric that presents little functional and morphological-type diversity, where single-family housing predominates, with 2 to 3 storey ceilings, being the path public to the east of the housing the border between the Residential Space, intended for housing.
