It is the creation of a multi-functional complex of green space and building, for social and leisure events. This has a built area of ​​1804 m², of which 507 m² correspond to a multipurpose room and its foyer. The building also has a set of features that allow a great diversity of uses and flexibility: it comprises an industrial kitchen and its support spaces; spaces adapted for the development of children´s leisure and educational activities; and complementary rooms that independently or in conjunction with the multipurpose room will allow the development of diverse activities simultaneously. The complex also provides: a large green space that will allow activities to be extended abroad; and a parking lot with a capacity for 107 vehicles. The project determined the implantation and arrangement of spaces that will allow exploring the landscape of the place. The aim was to reconcile the functional rigor that the program ordered requires and the integration and enjoyment of existing references and the quality of the spaces created.
