Construction, Architecture and Engineering, Decoration Monteiro House Architecture / Engineering / Construction Project for the construction of a single-family house of type T3 in the basement and ground floor. 27 Feb 2020 min de leitura The building, whose program is presented, intends in a correct and pleasant way, to respond to the intentions and characteristics of the land for such claim, so we judge the architectural project in order to obtain the proper approval. The architectural solution found for this project had as a requirement the use of lines of a contemporary and modern and appealing character, using modern and noble materials, inviting to look at, large gaps stand out that allow better natural light and better thermal utilization inside it as the contemplation of the surrounding views from the inside. In terms of the exterior aspect, and following the aforementioned, it was sought that the project guarantees a perfect integration of the house in the landscape. This integration was obtained not only through careful volumetry but also through the materials to be used, whose choice was necessarily quite careful.
